00Objective
The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD), in coordination with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe - Project Co-ordinatior in Ukraine (OSCE PCU), organized an online Operational Efficiency Training Course for Ukraine. The training took place from the 30th of November to the 3rd of December 2020.
The main objective of the Operational Efficiency Training is to enhance the ability of Training attendants from the region to efficiently plan, implement, monitor, assess and evaluate land release operations. The GICHD Operational Efficiency Training consists of 5 modules:
- Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
- Organisation and governance, including prioritization
- Quality management
- Risk management
- Information management

Further organizational details will be shared with candidates by OSCE PCU and GICHD.
00Participants
Please note that this course is exclusively for Ukraine. Only participants nominated and agreed with OSCE PCU will be accepted.

00Cost
The GICHD and OSCE PCU will handle the necessary costs and online administration of the Operational Efficiency training course.
